You access the system using your regular web browser. No special software or plug-ins are required. Behind the scenes is an intelligent website linked to a databank of information on educational needs, student behaviours, teaching strategies, programs, services, assessment methods, curriculum expectations, supplementary services and more.

As you create an IEP, relevant information is drawn from this databank, supplemented by data from your school board’s other administrative systems, and presented in a series of menus. At each stage, you can select the items you consider most appropriate for each student, and add your personal comments and insights.

The IEP Engine is designed to support all schools within a district school board. We customize a version of the system to reflect your school board's programs, services, terminology and report formats and install it on your network. Where possible, we link the IEP Engine to your other administrative systems, for example to share data with your student administration system.

At this website you can check out the IEP Engine's features and discover how it takes the effort out of preparing and managing IEPs.
